30-Day Return Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will promptly evaluate the issue and address it accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards. Please feel free to get in touch if you have questions or concerns about specific items.

Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period For customers receiving merchandise in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification, in accordance with EU regulations.

Refunds Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.
